Just thought I'd share this pic I found on Instagram (it came from Ruby ODonells twitter) which appears to be Leela revealing to Peri that she's her mum! Expected to air in the next couple if weeks I'd imagine.

Yes I saw that in the trailer too, but I thought it would happen near the end now because we've had no spoiler indication of when this reveal will happen. I hope you're right and it is that week as I'll catch most of the episodes before I go away on the 8th

Can't wait! I think the reveal will happen round about August. Kinda disappointed as it doesn't look like Cameron will be in the scene but oh well, still looks good. Maybe the reason Hollyoaks haven't released any spoilers is because it's meant to be a surprise. In the trailer it looks like the truth will be revealed when Sam tries to take Peri away. If that's the case the, then truth will revealed next week or most likely the week after as Sam and Danny are already planning to run away with Peri.

To me it looks like they're about to take her away and everyone is saying goodbye. Just because Ziggy has his arms around Tom and Tegan as if he's consoling them. I don't know why Tom would need consoling in that moment unless he maybe thought Peri was leaving.

It does look like the episode though because Peri has her hair in pigtails like that in the trailer.

They all seem pretty calm so maybe Cameron tries to stop them from leaving and Leela gets angry and revelas the truth

That scene with those exact same words in your spoiler has already happened, it was in the episode when Sam first said to Leela she needed to take Perri away.

No, if you go to 1.06 in the six weeks of summer trailer you can see Leela shouting "but your not are you?" at Sam with Tegan and Peri in tow. They're also wearing the same outfits as in the above picture I posted.

BIB : the reason Tom would be upset is because I think he and Peri try and get together as in the six weeks of summer trailer as there was in the winter/spring trailer earlier this year there is a small clip of the two of them sharing a kiss - besides after all that's happened to Tom even if Hollyoaks don't go down that route with them, Tom is on the brink of losing someone else from his life.

I disagree, in the reveal episode? I just saw her acting as a protective mother. She's hardly going to be easy-going about such a life-changing secret.

It was tender, yet both characters were sincere in their emotions as the revelation and subsequent developments continued. We shall just have to see whether Peri accepts Leela as her mum as well as Leanne in Corrie accepted Stella as her mum. The difference here is that Sam, Danny and Leela had lied to Peri, but in Leela's case it was not out of choice.
