I find it really uncomfortable hearing him say this, it's possible he may be saying it to fish for compliments but I really don't think so. Does he have body dysmorphia? Or has the constant mistreatment from several housemates during his stay really took it's toll on him? He has been seen doing several star jumps and what not, maybe he feels inferior to those in there that have model looks and bodies. I however, think he always looks healthy and has nothing to feel ashamed of. For some reason I find it more uncomfortable to see a guy feel so insecure about himself like that.

I don't know if the Mr Blobby reference is to do with his weight. I think it may be more to do with his lack of coordination.

When a person loses a lot of weight they don't necessarily see themselves as others do, and cannot move past that fat person they once were. I believe he has lost a lot of weight from other threads on here, if so it could be his mind just hasn't caught up with the changes in his body shape.

Apparently he used to be over 16 stone so I suspect part of him still feels like the man he used to be.

I've noticed his remarks about his body too over the last few weeks, I hadn't realised he had lost a lot of weight. To me he looks under-fed, scrawny even, so it's quite disturbing, and sad, to hear him refer to himself in such disparaging terms when he is obviously more under-weight than overweight!

I don't know about the Mr Blobby comment, but seemingly he has lost a significant amount of weight (seven stone if Mark is to be believed), & is self-conscious about his upper body.

I assumed that he either has some sort of scarring/stretch marks or excess skin (skinny fat).

It explains why he's such a nice person. Over-weight people have to over-compensate after being bullied and end up being more humble people over-all.

Yes, I always thought he was too nice to be on the show to begin with & couldn't really see why he entered seeing as the typical HM nowadays seems to be mainly a minor fame seeker.

Maybe he has spent a lot of his life being judged by his size rather then his personality & just wanted to rid himself of these demons & felt that the best way was to go on tv to do so.

Recently (within the last week) Christopher was in the pool with his sweater on. Mark said that Christopher was extremely self conscious about his body, as he used to be seven stone heavier. I can't remember ever having seen Christopher with his top off outside the shower.
