Would it not have made more sense to dispose of them close to where Babe lives?”

Technically she was disposing of them.

Weed smoke is a lot thicker then cigarette smoke so someone would of seen it or smelt it.

No wonder they had no episode on Wednesday, everyone must have still been recovering from that trip - Robbie, www.youtube.com/LizandRobbie

She should have just chucked it in a river or pond

The police would still want to know where she acquired it and why she felt the need to dispose of it herself rather than just leaving it alone or handing it in to the Police which would be the normal reaction if it had just been found and either she or sommmeone she is covering for weren't involved with growing it.

It would have been great. Would love it if Billy confessed to killing Lucy and when Ian throttles him and asks him "For the love of God whyyyyyyy?" Billy says:

It reminded me of that film, Saving Grace with Brenda Blethyn where she starts a weed factory in her greenhouse to pay of her dead husband's debts.

She set fire to the weed at the end of the film and the smoke wafted all over and everybody was stoned.

Shirley must have indeed been high as a kite and so must most of Walford!

Handing it to the police would get herself arrested so why would she do that

Handing it to police would not be the normal reaction, do you not think they would arrest you on the spot even if you protest its not your. Your in possession so your getting the criminal record no matter who grew it.

Leaving it be and letting the person who done it get the sentence would be the normal reaction.

I certainly wouldn't get myself arrested over someone else's crop.
