Anyone ever step back from here and think..... what the bloody hell am I doing debating on BB over almost anything seen or heard. For all these years ? Well since you joined this site anyway.

We all know some of us just love debate and sometimes play devils advocate for the sake of debate If you step back and think about it though , it can seem quite funny lol

But i'm sure it will carry on until BB get's axed anyway

Yes I usually think about that when BB and CBB ends every year, all the time I,ve wasted etc but It is fun and very addictive.

The one thing about this forum it does give different views and have seen things in a different light which I never noticed whilst watching, and made me change my mind at the ways I view things. It balances the programme and is not controled by producers

I'm a lot quieter this time around but I think it's because there's nobody in the show who I like that much.

I'm not one to just bicker for the sake of it or play devil's advocate. I read a lot of comments and make the odd one myself but rarely get into protracted exchanges. The subject matter generally is far too inane for that.

What I get out of the forum mainly is that it's a practical demonstration of cognitive bias which is something that a) does interest me a lot and b) I'm forever trying to minimise from a personal POV.

Yes, in my case you are right.......only I try not to take it all too seriously and try and have a laugh.........

......in my case it comes about from not being allowed to have a full sentence without being interrupted in my family.........that is why I can be long-winded on here........and if no-one wants to read what I say.........I cannot see them, and get hurt by it.......

Yeah i got a bit involved in it for a week or so recently and then realised it's just a waste of energy and life. Arguing over edited strangers acting in a house. WTF

I work in Tesco's and as such have no life neither do any of my normal average friends I watch BB to see what real people who have wonderful and varied lifestyles and envy their superiority so I come on here to slag them off out of shear jealousy, I'll just go and have my tea now Spam Peas and Chips.......

I've got a big prob with 'vapid celeb' and I let it get the better of me sometimes, the hearts in the right place though, fm's like An Thro etc. keep my faith in humanity lol

I must admit, I really do think I need to get out more often. Fortunately I am out tomorrow night, even when I had got fed up with a series I rarely missed an eviction night, now I simply cannot be bothered. It is so predictable, and the whole nasty show is human nature at it's worst.

A baying, chanting booing mob, enjoying being horrible to someone, I am almost ashamed to watch. So I won't even bother to record it. I'll get the outcome from here.

Yep in particular this morning ... I wrote a ridiculous thread totally over thinking a situation... then I came back on a couple hours later .. and re-read and thought .. what a plonker ..it's a show get a grip

But overall I like these fms ..interesting povs and some not so much ...with a bit of fun mixed in too.
