This is unbelievable but, despite being extremely techie, I have NEVER connected my samsung galaxy 5830 to my laptop. I have some photos on it I want to put on my laptop. I have connected it via usb, brought up devices and printers, and right clicked my phone. I then clicked on browse files, then removable drive, but nothing is happening. My phone does have some problems, so it could be the handset. But before I go down that route, does anyone know if there is something else I should be clicking on to bring the photos up? The laptop has obviously recognised the phone, but won't let me take any further action. I have my gallery displayed on my phone, and it keeps 'breathing', intermittently.
Any advice?
I am running google chrome, and windows 7.

Been a while since I did this on my S2 but if memory services me right you pull down the notification bar, click on the USB Connection logo and click on connect to PC which then should show the folders on the device. Or is this what you have done and the above issues are what you experience?
