I always have the TV remote next to me whenever Babe is onscreen because I can never hear what the old bag is saying.

It would have been amazing if we hadn't all already guessed that sylvie was living with Babe. It would, frankly, be more surprising if it wasn't her.

What if Babe is actually batshit crazy and has got Sylvie held captive and is refusing to let her leave the house? That would be pretty unexpected.

We already we know Aunt Babe is still in touch with Sylvie as she rung her up on her phone some months ago, therefore we already know she's lying about "missing her" and we also know Babe is living with someone she doesn't want people to know about from the curtain peak, her lying about being alone and lonely by herself and the end scene tonight. It just reminds me of the turned back scene with Stan and Dean at his flat a couple months ago..

I obviously dont watch EE as closely as a lot of you lot, as I didnt realise Babe was still in touch with Sylvie, or lived with her!

Nice surprise though tonight to find out it might be her!

Maybe it's Nick?

It read much better in the spoilers than it translated on screen but I imagine Inside Soap had seen the episode anyway.

I thought it was lame ending but I'm starting to get bored of the Carters which isn't good.

I wonder if we're supposed to 'know' that it's Sylvie and it turns out that the person she is living with is actually her lesbian lover. She has previously denied being a lesbian, but there was a small hint a while back when she shared a knowing laugh with Tina, and then tonight when Tosh said "YOU sent THAT message?"

Of course, we don't know that Babe is an actual blood relation of the Carters... it could well be that the 'Aunt' is a familiarity rather than a blood-related title, and that both theories are right: Babe is living with her lesbian lover - Sylvie Carter!

Lady Di's been living with Aunt Babe, she's only just gone back to the Vic

I actually enjoyed it, the tease of Sylvie's impending arrival.

I thought we knew she was living/ in contact with Sylvie anyway?

When she was first introduced we saw her phone her up and say where they were etc etc

I'm sure I remember her (after she first turned up), getting into her car and phoning her up saying something like 'Yes they're all here...'

A girl after my own heart!

I like Aunt Babe. Wasn't sure of her in the early days but I find her quite intriguing now. Cant wait to see how it all pans out

This is EE, anything is possible. I suppose there might be a drug dealing connection somewhere.

Some of the fan theories at times are too funny!! Nick lol

It was blatantly Sylvie hence all the references to her. Plus we know Babe lives with her as we saw that text message back in January. So its hardly a mystery.

It might just be me but I thought Babe shouted upstairs to someone about Lady Di and then took the drinks into someone else who was in a room on the same level as her, so maybe there's two people at Babes house?

Ih he'd been living with Babe for more than a few days, yes as Lady Di was there as well.

But of course it is not Nick. It's either Sylvie or somebody completely new that they are double bluffing us into thinking it is Sylvie.

I'm fairly sure they did say in Babe's first episode that she was Sylvie's sister to whoever said she could just be a family friend.

ETA - just realised you said Babe, not Lady Di. Sorry x

Do Tina and Mick know that Sylvie was abusive to Shirley and Stan?
