My Infinity went slow late yesterday evening. Then it went down for well over 14 hours. BT said there could be a network problem in the area after being on the phone to them for 25mins. Then they also said it could also be a line fault.
They said they would have to send an Openreach guy to the house but it turned out he never came to the house this afternoon. He just went to the green cab two streets away and also opened the thing in the path just along the road from us and did some work there . As dad seen the Openreach van along the street just after 4pm but never got it all back up and running till after 6pm.
Still don't really know that the fault was.
Funny before last night my broadband had been going down for 30 seconds or so at lest every 7 or 8 days for the last 5 or 6 weeks.
You would think if they book an Openreach guy to come to the house he would come to make sure all was ok and not just go to the green cab and to the BT thing in the path just along the street from us.
