I hate it when they meddle with the prize money.

Just leave it

I hope that the hms don't want to play

Wait I don't get it. So they can increase it to 125k, but what is the "sting in the tail"? It won't decrease will it? Wasn't explained properly.

Don't mind them adding, but not taking away.

The lure of money dangled in front of them should bring out a few true colours...

Who will give a stuff after this week?

Everyone apart from Winston & Ashleigh will be convinced they have zero chance of winning anyway, so why would they care if the prize money were added to?

Instant eviction as a trade-off?

They didn't say anything about taking away, just super-sizing.

I imagine it'll be something like last year's, where they tested the HMs in that room with sums of money. See who is more greedy, who will put "the experience" over the money and vice-versa

She said they will get the chance to double cross each other.

Time will tell.

Mark and Winston will.

If Winston crosses the other HM's to try and win the money it'll be cheered and seen as a positive on BBBOTS.

If they have to meddle at least make a good job of it. Public Power was very good and stirred them up.
I hope money power does the same.

I hate it when they do this. Especially after the debacle with the odious Conor.

I find it hard to care about prize money twists - I wouldn't blame any housemate for taking the opportunity to earn some quick cash. I just want the housemates I like to get as far as possible - doesn't really bother me how much money they get at the end of it

Conor taking the money in BB13 was great - meant I didn't have to watch him anymore

I smell another Connor moment. Helen walking away with a suitcase of cashola

Hopefully he'll be laughing so much at everything of no consequence as usual that he'll miss what's on offer.

Why only £125k though? They offered £200k in BB6 and that was 9 years ago. Cheap bastards.

Good twist. Get some real behaviour out of the housemates, instead of playacting for the public.

The prize money does not belong to the housemates, but to the producers, and should be used to make the show entertaining.

If it had been a bit earlier I would have thought they were going to buy helens pass and although I cant work out why I am sure this pass is going to come up somehow this coming week

To be perfectly honest, the lure of a big sum of money to most people is a no-brainer - take the money. You've had 8 weeks in the house (9 by next week), if you have the chance to take some money out of it too, go for it. That's surely the prize, the reason to play the game, nobody in there is independently wealthy, there's nobody in there who couldn't do with the dosh.

I know I'd take it... there's a lot I could do with £100k+

In his BB profile, Chris says he wants money and puts money over love.
