I'm not watching, but considering how dismissive of her the housemates were, I can't really blame her for being the same in return.

I agree.

She is a typical 'show biz' musical theatre type. That's what that industry is like. Just look at Lionel Blair.
Zoe is out now and there's nothing wrong with her.

So over her Tescos comment! Wish she would stop apologising for it too as it never bothered me and I doubt it ever bothered that many other people?

Zoe is not a bad person, she's just a little bit too OTT for me and I didn't find her as entertaining as I thought I would.

Same. Just posted this on another thread. She's very outgoing and fun I expect, just a bit too much for me with the loud OTT voice. Had to switch her off after a few minutes of watching BOTS.

That's the best explanation of it I've seen so far.

Zoe seems to think that in context, her remark would be ok.

In context, it's even worse.

But I'm not sure the Tesco comment is even the main factor in her being evicted.

I was just thinking - when she said "they couldn't keep up with us", was she saying "us" meaning all the housemates, or "us" in the Geordie vernacular meaning herself?

She was generally annoying, but her comment made her a much more obvious common target for Chris supporters to vote for than Pav, who had the underdog factor on his side.

I'm pretty certain she meant 'me' .

I agree with the BIB but I thought the first poster was being sarcastic Apologies if this is not the case.

Quite. And that's precisely what's wrong with BB now. There should be somebody who works for Tescos in the house rather than people who have been on X factor, models, singers actors or anyone with an agent.

Back in the day, there used to be an FM called Mr Blonde who would deliberately gainsay what most people thought. For reasons known only to himself, he probably thought this was a fun thing to do. For some reason, whenever I read your posts, I find myself thinking of him. Weird, eh?

One irritating character, relieved that those that vote chose to evict her as she was ruining the highlights show!

Loved the bit where she told Mark she was just going for a little cry, knowing he would follow her and was then unable to force a single tear out but she had the gullible Pratt eating out of the palm of her hand!

LOL. I couldn't believe that Rylan said that she cleared that comment up.
Even when Linda Nolan asked her very directly and specifically, she still evaded the actual question.

Maybe the ground she has her feet firmly planted on happens to be quicksand?

I think it is very hard to warm to her because she doesn't seem to let people in at all, showing no weakness whatsoever. Like when she was nominated and also evicted, she goes on immediate defense with her voice all strained and high-pitched desperately trying to hide any sort of disappointment and refusing to admit any sadness.

I think she's also adopted the mindset that if you believe you are successful then you will be. Unfortunately reality seemed to get lost along with way. She seems to think she's Mariah Carey or someone who is hugely successful and can't imagine what a normal life is like.

I worked in theatre for ten years. I'm glad to say the majority of people in that industry are nothing like her. She's just a stereotype. The reality is that most people in that industry are much more like Chris than her.

I didn't like her when I saw her first VT. Anyone who has to tell me that they are 'humble' that many times is not humble

Thanks for that comment. Glad what I thought has been confirmed by someone in the know.

well what a come down her career must have took a real nosedive if she needs to be in
Big brother and I guess she could be worried she'll end up working in Tesco's if the gigs
dry up!
