However...... I do fully understand why people wish to believe so and why many are now warming to her, myself included. Her pass to the final ( regardless of its merits) has allowed Us to see far more of Helen than we would have otherwise (undoubtedly she would have been out in first week or 2). That extra time( no football pun intended ) has given viewers the time and thought to question why Helen is the way she is. She has shown a soft side, and definitely shown loyalty and passion amongst other admirable qualities, none of which detracts from the fact that she is ultimately a bitch. But as we know a little of her past ( the Rooney affair, her past profession, her upbringing etc) many viewers can see why she has become as she has, and whilst I will never see her behaviour as excusable, I can find it understandable.
I feel like if Helen did gain some public sympathy/ acceptance for her softer side but realised that it was qualified by never excusing her aggressive/bitchy behaviour, then she could well take the first step in addressing her character flaws.
I genuinely feel like Helen is her own harshest critic, and whilst she instinctively lashes out at anyone who criticises or disagrees with her, her first step is forgiving herself and understanding herself a bit better. If she could do that, she may well be on the road to her journey.”

1) Helen has apologized.
2) Re the Mathew row, in my view he instigated that confrontation on purpose to spoil the groups fun (it was the noght after the pool party that nearly everyone had been getting along) and Mathew did not like the fact that Jale was now joining in with Helen and the rest of them, and it was the question to Jale and the fact that she was happy to respond that triggered his unnecessary outburst. No one was forcing him to take part in the game, if he didnt like it he could have just left them to it, but no, he had to make his holier than thou comment and he knew damn wel what he was doing.
If the OP and all who agree do not want to think Helen can change, thats their right, but I find it sad that folk don't want to try and see some good in her. I would much rather hope and believe she has changed even if I'm wrong, than take the other hard line unforgiving view.”
I think these posts say pretty much what my opinion is regarding Helen.
