You don't have to work me out, unfortunely the characters that are black except Patrick and Denise are weak in my opinion- I am talking Dexter & Kim of course.

There are plenty of decent black/ mixed race/Asian actors who could be cast .

I'm very glad Kim is coming back. Tameka Empson is a good actress and the character of Kim is so funny. DTC must have some big plans for Kim because he created her. Denise needs Kim back so bring on Kim's return

We have an appearance from her a week tomorrow and I am guessing that is another skype chat. I wonder if her husband will turn up with her?

I hope they've toned her down and rounded her character out. I found her funny most of the time but she needs to be more than a 'comedy' character.

Tameka was filming last week according to someone who met her at Elstree. So does make her return late September/early October?

Guess we will find out soon who is going to play her husband. Wonder if he will be abusive? When DTC first created Kim she was in a relationship with a guy who was controlling her and they planted seeds for a big storyline but when Bryan Kirkwood took over and axed most of the Fox family he changed Kim slightly and only brought Kim back on her own. I think what we will see from Kim now is what DTC always intended her to be.

I like Kim and am looking forward to her return. Kim and Denise are total opposites and they work brilliantly alongside each other and with Patrick. I also like Tameka, she is a decent actress, does anyone else remember her in 'Beautiful Thing' ?

I think Kims husband will be a bit of a joker, I want Clive Rowe for the role.
