Hi folks,
Welcome to the INTERNATIONAL FEED COMPETITION 2014-15.
We have relaunched back on here for the new season. We want as many entrants on here as possible.
Over the season the comp will be run between myself, Pakokelso93 and SS Reporters.
There is also going to be the legendary FOOTBALL COMMENTATORS COMPETITION which will be run by Jonboy35. He is away on hoilday at the mo but will be back in time for the prem season. Jonboy's comp will be for what you comms hear in the UK only.

RULES
Scoring Points
- 3 points for a correct commentary pairing, 1 for partial pairing, and 0 for an incorrect comm and co-comm.
- Winning outright (and outright only with no tiebreakers) in consecutive weeks will earn you 10 bonus points.
- 100% in the international feed is probably never going to happen, but if it does you win 30 extra points.
The unwritten rule
If you are late then it will be down to 1 of the 3 of us to decide if you will or will not get a 5 point deduction for the weeks games. All depend on spoilers (please see below) I am not a fan on handing out minus 5 points as people have various things going on in there life's etc or broadband trouble.
BUT, if the spoilers are out after the deadline then I will be fair to all and issue a deduction
Fixture Selection
- There will be no fewer than 5 games chosen every single round. The main focus will be the English Premier League with an odd FA Cup game thrown in. Also added in a low-end group stage Champions League game as a bonus fixture, where you can just use the Sky Sports commentators. A typical weekend would be like this:
West Ham vs. Stoke........12:45 PM.......BT Sports
Liverpool vs. Blackpool........3:00 PM.......Football First
Wolves vs. Aston Villa.........3:00 PM.........Football First
Chelsea vs. Blackburn..........5:30 PM........Sky Sports Live
Fulham vs. Man City (Sun).........4:00 PM.......Sky Sports Live
Man Utd vs. Birmingham (Mon)........8:00 PM.......Sky Sports Live
EXAMPLE ENTRY
West Ham vs Stoke - Steve Banyard and Efan Ekoku
Liverpool vs Blackpool - Tony Jones and Gary Birtles
Wolves vs Villa - Joe Speight and Davie Provan
Chelsea vs B'Burn - Richard Kaufman and Gary O'Reilly
Fulham vs Man C - Jon Champion and David Pleat
Man Utd v Birmingham - Peter Drury and Paul Walsh
*REMEMBER - When the List says Sky or BT Sport - We are looking for WORLD FEED commentary pairings!*
- The fixtures list is published every Thursday or Friday and the deadline is usually up to 7 days after (Depending on fixtures of course)
- As mentioned earlier I'll throw an extra "bonus points" game on occasion, with the point value varying.
Tiebreaking Rules
- In the event of a tie there are a few tiebreakers. Here are the ways to break a tie:
- Number of correct commentary pairings.
- Number of correct main commentators.
- Number of correct co-commentators.
If these don't break a tie then co-winners will be awarded.
******************************************************
I would also like to ask, if people on here know the comms for the weekend games please don't put them in the football comms thread until the deadline has past. This will include the games not shown live on SKY.
