Was he the 35 year old virgin who still lived with his mum and who grew sideburns to make him look like a comic book character ?

Yes that was him.

Complete tool who made Chris look normal.

The problem with Marcus was he was so up his own backside and really believed all his Grrr, I'm Woverine, I'm the main man crap it was actually laughable. But when he was chatting normally which he did to Rodrigo and Charlie a few times, he was ok. The problem was he prefered the plonker personality and unfortunatley that's the first thing I think of when his name is mentioned. (That was after I read a few post to remind me who he was!)

and the conclusion is....what?

It may be obvious nut I don't see it. Also that list of depressing housemates is subjective.

I think #Legend should be reserved for Marcus exclusively, not that he'd care because to him everone on twitter is *******.

Remember he did a karate competition and 50 karate men tried to karate him and he did karate kicks on them while wearing the 70s men's perfume Hai Karate and by the end his feet were bleeding but he went on doing karate on them until they were beaten and went home and laid out some licks of another kind on his guitar... and fast guitar men are called Shreddies are so is the big karate man from Ninja Turtles.... how spoooky is thahhhh, Big Brudhthaaaahhhh!!!

Kenneth was a better housemate. At least he was entertaining, in his terrible way. Marcus, on the other hand, was a self-absorbed fool who (no surprises here) played with himself a lot. He thought he stood for something, blue collar values, heavy metal, etc, but ultimately, his 'irrepressible dark horse' schtick meant he was just a tosser.

'Anferny' Craig was the greatest housemate of all time. Nobody's gone as far for the show as he did. For a while there, it looked like Craig genuinely wanted to kill Anthony if they couldn't be together, if Anthony kept on denying his feelings for Craig, but they were basically mild dread. This is the sort of thing I want to watch on television.

So many entertaining housemates in that series. Marcus, Freddie, Lisa, Kenneth Tong, Rodrigo. Entertaining in different ways.

This series has no characters like that at all.

Marcus remarkable housemate the saviour of BB10, he stood up to Sree the pest, just got out of that mess before Noirin boyfriend came into the house, help Ken escape for the BB house in style, stood up to BB who was trying to make him out to be a racist, came to Halfwit aide again Bea, demolished Bea be without batting a eyelid, instigated the breakout into the camera runs, ultimate saviour of night live feed, refuse to demean himself for money and when push came to shove left on his own terms saying that show would be shit when he left and I can confirm it was. For all his faults Marcus was in the house for all the right reasons he made the most of the experience while giving the maximum of being an entertainment. What a housemate, IDH I salute you!

Some are just in denial. He was great if you put bias aside. Like I said, none of the current lot are close to him.

He was, let's face it, from beginning to end, a bit of an ass. He like, Siavash, had no interest in how anyone else was feeling, it was all about Marcus, and his dismal appendage. If he'd got his act together that series could have gone differently, but, as with Siavash, he was too foolish to realise it. That Marcus said he wanted Lisa to win in his exit interview suggests that he didn't really have any idea about what sort of show he was on in the first place. He could have put together some kind of strategy, it wouldn't have been that difficult, but no. Instead, he just wanted to masturbate in the bathroom. There you go.
