I was just online and noticed that nowtv are doing an offer till the 27th August of £10 playstation credit for new NOWTV customers.

I've signed up and then noticed online complaints of customers not receiving their code! Has anyone had theirs or have experiences either way? Are these complaints just the odd one or does this seem the standard issue?

Signed up to the Movies in Dec 13 with the offer of a £10 Marks +Spencer voucher.. Never got it Spent ages trying to get through to them on line ( no phone numbers) to ask why?
Got the impression the agents were not talking the same english as me. I just gave up wasted too much time for £10.

I had a feeling! I'm just gonna cancel it now then. Not wasting my time. I think you can cancel online.

Took almost 4 months to receive mine.

contacted Edenred, as NowTV blamed them for the delay.

Nope never got mine of them, have filed a complaint with trading standards for misleading the customer.

Disgusting behaviour. I've cancelled it online.

I know of tons of people who have got them. You need to make sure you signup through the landing page and they arrive within 10-15 days, although the website is clear it could be 30.
From experience the vouchers tend to end up in gmail promotional folders or spam.
