I don't need to know anything about Mark to know that no one who is "upset" that they have been wronged by someone they care about would one minute be passionately expressing their feelings and within a second they (without a flicker of emotion) wonder if there's grub coming into the house...then within the blink of an eye he went back to being deeply upset about with Christopher.

Mark was performing for the camera again and he has been rumbled.

That cracked us all up here and Christopher was trying not to laugh too

Neither do you I hazard.

You like the way Mark comes across. That's fine. Others don't and they're perfectly entitled to say so. And that's fine too. I doubt it's hate. More like extreme irritation.

I LOLed for multiple seconds at that.

It made me laugh - he didn't want to miss out on his refreshments did he?

To be honest - I don't think either Christopher or Mark really care that much for each other. They don't seem to consider each others feelings very much at all. The fact that neither have had a relationship before just adds to the 'oddness' of it all. I suppose if it happened outside the house they would iron out their difference - although - I really don't think anything would happen outside the house.

It's simply a strange 'convenience' for both of them IMO.

It was hilarious. Whether he does or does not play up to the cameras, Mark has been one of the most entertaining HMs for me this year. It's absurd the way the public jump from bandwagon to bandwagon. Very fickle. He deserves a place in the Top 3 alongside Ashleigh and Christopher. Not bloody Winston!

I guffawed. We know what Mark was really concerned about.

I agree. It was a comedic moment.
Wasn't it Zoe who said they all wait for the "refreshments" to be delivered each day?

it was a break in his performance, one of the few genuine moments we get to see from Mark

It's these moments from Mark that I love, when he's unintentionally funny. Sometimes he makes me cringe and yet others I find him quite endearing, I don't mind Mark, he's at least been quite entertaining all through and I think some of the moments that will remind me instantly of this series is his voice screaming "You're a LIAHHHHHHHHHH" !! or him saying "Christofahhhhhhh.....". I like their relationship too, it's so awkward because, as you say, neither have ever been in a proper relationship before and it brings back memories of how awful first relationships are while you're learning to conduct them, and it's so fascinating to see two grown men only just now being at the stage of adolescent relationships.

dont forget, Mark was QUITE drunk already !! helen and mark had their dinner and the booze. Helen stirred it good and Mark was worked up for a fight.

He's just like helen in that aspect, loves to fight when drunk.

Sooooo needless to say, He was hoping for MORE booze LOL

mark's face reminded me of my Dog when shake the dogcookie box...refreshments ?!! where WHERE !!

Not remotely funny, but then Marks has never done anything amusing. All calculated and performed for the cameras.

It was nearly as funny as watching Freaky Steven with his ham on toast (inspecting it all the while as he munched) being oh so concerned about Kim after she left for the hospital.

I wonder what these "refreshments" are? I thought they were supposed to be living on lentils and chickpeas?
I have never laughed at Mark all this series (he irritates me beyond belief) but seeing him look away during his hurt outrage and innocently enquire about the refreshments summed him up for me.

That really was a priceless moment. It'll go down as a BB Classic for me.

All it proved was that Mark wasn't really angry because he'd have carried on. It was merely attention seeking camera playing (as per usual). Yawn

I don't really see how asking someone 'is that refreshments' makes a person fake tbh .

Which is one of my favourite moments of all time
but yes, Mark referring to it as refreshments as well, like he's on some team building course with the office

Victor having a big hard-man rant at Big Brother in the diary room and in the next breathe telling them he had 'the sniffles'.

Well you need re word your posts more carefully next time because your post gave off the impression that you were speaking for everyone when it's actually just in your opinion that Mark isn't funny !

I'll word my posts exactly how I see fit as long as they do not break T&C's.

It should be perfectly understandable that one's posts are one's opinions. I would never deem to speak on behalf of anyone else, especially when their opions are contrary to my own.
