I can't get reviews to sort by newest first in the Google Play app anymore. It appears to refresh when I select "newest first" but they stay in exactly the same order as most helpful first. Sorting still works in the desktop site but not the app. Is anyone else having this problem?

All fine and working as usual on my Nexus 5, 7 and my older Xoom tablet.

I have also tried 2 of my old phones and both have exactly the same problem. One is also signed in a different account. Does anyone know what's going on?

I've just discovered this on three of my devices. You can select 'Newest First', the screen refreshes but the reviews are not in descending date order. Selecting reviews from the same model does sort them in date order.

Seems a rather odd bug, as the functionality is useful to determine if there is a bug or new functionality in an updated app. (especially as many lazy developers What's New sections now just say 'Bug fixes and Improvements')
