Seems odd they have this character just waiting there but haven't used her since 2003.

I have it on good authority from my source that they are bringing her in as soon as they can work out how she's related to Shirley.

It's just not enough They won't be satisfied until they've plotted out how Shirley gave birth to Belinda after she had Mick and before she had Prince Charles.
