Nothing other than a total loss of continuity with the live Saturday show of course.
As well as, I suspect, the loss of the 5.1 sound (as the recorded programmes never seem to carry it). The viewer loses out on that aspect.
So you then end up with both shows having to be recorded and shown 1 day later (and neither show with 5.1 surround)
Meanwhile, information about what went well and what did not will appear on forums and in the media.
Why should the BBC risk all of that?
No, ITV have set themselves up for this, the BBC should hold firm (just as they did when ITV threw in the Corrie episodes very very late in the proceedings last time).
