Does anyone else not watch the "Coming Up" bits?

I watch BB every day and, like many people, I avoid spoilers because I feel like the show is much better enjoyed when you don't know what's coming (eg. who nominates who, who is up for eviction, whether they win a task or not etc).

I take this to quite an extreme though, and turn the sound off and look away when they do the "Coming up..." bits at the start of the program and before each ad break. Very often it'll totally ruin surprises on what's going to happen in the house.

Anyone else do this?

For some reason I can never quite hear those segments properly, it's almost as if they've reduced the volume or clarity to stop you getting the gist

And of course they do use the clips in a rather strange manner, so that when you watch it out "after the break" they appear in a different order or context than in the "trailer" segment.

I fast forward through everything I can, that includes the recaps, coming up, Cassandra, etc, I end up with about a thirty minute show

Never watch them. They used to do that on 80's TV shows. The A-Team and Dallas etc...
