Same!

On a serious note I do wonder how the elderly (& other people with arthritis in their hands) cope with many of these so called 'easy open' packages. Easy open as long as you take a sharp knife to them that is.

Drivers who in slow moving heavy traffic decide that the bit of patchy mist just encountered merits switching on the rear fogs. Heck man I've been behind you for the last 3 miles and successfully not crashed into your boot; I can still see you even if I let the gap stretch past 100 yards. Save them for when you're not being followed by traffic, when they have a positive benefit, y'know, like you would with your main beam? Use it when it's needed and when it doesn't affect other drivers.

The new cheese packets that you can seal shut.. Oh wait, no you can't, because all the cheese goes in to the grooves when you pull it out!

I used to work in a major dept store with a lady on my counter, in her early 60's, who would return from a loo trip and go into minute detail about what she'd produced...size, shape, consistency, colour, how long it took to evacuate it...and she spoke and dressed like Mrs Slocumbe. Oh dear she was awful.

Those blessed shitty-nappy-coloured cheese slices that come with the Rustlers burgers that are impossible to unwrap and when you do manage to the cheese is gooey so you get strands of cheese stuck to the plastic film.

Not that I eat the rotten things, my son however likes them as a snack.

Spots on my face, I never get spots
Never had them even as a teenager.
How do I get rid of them?

You write for DS?

Haha no, didn't think about that in my post.
It's a similar sort of website though, entertainment based.
Although it is just as hard to get technical help there as it is here...

The search facility has been deteriorating for a number of years...so less people have been using it...and now it's almost useless

According to the last couple of replies from DSFS, sorting out the problem would result in the forums being disrupted for some time...and since only a small minority of people use search...they're not going to be fixing it any time soon

So why have they disrupted the entire site for a new design that most people didn't want and that only a small number of people appear to like?

I'm assuming that site was thought up by the same people who created that survey that almost no one could complete...the people who ignored all the negative feedback from the Beta site survey...and who conveniently forgot to include a "Contact Us" section so people couldn't report any of the issues with the new site when it went live

I'm so with you on this one, I'm so tired of pulling my two dogs away from discarded cheesy wotsits, pizza crusts, half eaten sandwiches and bloody KFC chicken bones. I shouted at school kids recently as I saw them chucking food in the park at dinner time. Eat it or put it in the bloody bin.

I can't start a new thread on here because the Title box won't accept my typing, it just stays blank. I can type in the other box below but it won't post anything without the title box filled in. Can someone else try it please?

The spare wheel on the back of the Ford EcoSport.

For starters, I think the car has a stupid name, but that's not my gripe, it's the spare wheel on the outside of it.

The EcoSport is far too small to have a wheel wedged on the back of it & as a result, the care looks like it's going to do a wheelie every time I see one, because of the bulky wheel on the back of a relatively tiny car.

That kind of like looks OK on large off-road type 4x4 vehicles, but not on a jacked up Fiesta whose extent of off-road driving will amount to a supermarket car park.

I've just tried that, and it's not working for me either.

It's strange, I don't have that problem but lots of other people have reported the same issue:

(I've disabled all FireFox add-ons to avoid possible confusion.)

I'm using FireFox and WIn7.

DSFS have replied on other threads saying they are aware of the problem and have reported it to technical.

DS are asking for feedback (again) about the new layout:

feedback @ digitalspy.co.uk

If all else fails, it's always possible to contact DSFS by alerting your own post

I've used this method to ask for a few of my posts to be removed

Fella on Eggheads saying that it was his least knowledgeable sport when a Rugby question popped up. So he knows more about every other sport in the world than rugby?

I'm not sure I'd have admitted success at creating threads at the moment. I think you're going to be inundated by people asking you to create threads on their behalf. And then everyone's going to accuse you of being a serial thread creator with an agenda.

When people on forums agree with a post by making a comment along the lines of "FINALLY! Someone with some common sense"

Saying you agree with the poster you're quoting is fine but making a big song and dance about it as in the example above comes across as arrogant.

Or when people say "Spot on" in response to a post - it nearly always isn't!
