Tim Peake!

Not him per se, but the endless coverage about what was basically a man going to work, simply because he was born on this island.

.....slightly understated, if you don’t mind me saying.

In the Bible, there is reference to wheat and tares, the tares being all the miscellaneous weeds, rubbish etc, that prevent the crop from growing properly.

People who mess up quotes and then that post gets quoted etc. Resulting in a page full of messed up quotes.

I did think it was a bit excessive having the majority of the 10pm BBC news dedicated to him.

It wouldn't have got mention if it didn't include a brit.

Probably true. Just be grateful it was Tim Peake and not Shaker Aamer otherwise the BBC would have imploded with excitement.

Bastard ******* blocked drains. My plumber came in today and after 4 hours the drains are still blocked. Short of crawling up the drainpipe with a spoon, everything was tried. I know I was there, so it seems I'm going to have to go nuclear and get a company in with one of these blasting machines to flush out the crap in the pipes, costing me more money. Just what I need near Christmas.

Inverted snobbery? I don't drink the kind of coffees you're complaining about, but I do drink real coffee (sans sprinkles) because that's what I like.

Not sure whether to laugh or roll eyes at this. Probably both.

Mum outraged after Nutella denies her daughter, 5, a personalised jar because her name is ISIS

Although at the same time it's also a trivial annoyance with people who run outraged to the newspapers when things like this happen.

I wasn't rude about it but when I bought a gingerbread latte and there was no cream left to put on top, it really didn't taste the same

Another one that annoys me - verbs used as nouns. 'Think' is a verb! 'Another thing coming' makes grammatical sense, even if it isn't the original phrase.

Well...you either go out and ask the noisy f****er what they are playing at or you go outside at half five in the morning and play the birdie song full blast .
