BB 2005 Question
Removed_User2
04-08-2014
Hi everyone! remember bigbrother 2005, known as "BB6" I think, the one with makosi and kumal, science, anthony being the winner

my question is eugene was one of the 3 housemates that entered just like zoe and pav, half way (so to say) into the programme ,yet eugene never got any hassle cause of that and finished 2nd place...so why were zoe and pav never considered HMs like eugene, orlaith and kinga were? let alone make it to the final

to be honest, I thought (before the tescos comment and stories whatever) she was gonna do a gina rio, and come third :\

Because the ex-HMs lied about the newbies.

Oh, and because they are a right shower.

They didn't have outside influence every other day.

Wasn't it Orla, Eugene and Kinga..............Think Kinga shocked ala Bianca tried to be her.

Also Eugene fled with the money didn't he?

I remember Sophie in Jades year got a hard time.

Orlaith didn't really have it easy in the house. I don't remember that series very well at all, but I don't recall her fitting in very well after her first few days.

I didn't like her, but I do remember Science goading her to the point of tears. I found that difficult to watch.

That probably has a lot to do with it.

I think, in general, viewers and established HMs feel it's up to the newbies to gel with/spark off those already there.

In BB6, Makosi was assigned the task of looking after them, and then once they came in Derek welcomed Eugene and later Kinga with open arms. It refreshed the dynamics a bit.

Yeah, they all had to come in wearing stupid skimpy leaf costumes, and Kinga's first words in the house (addressed to the mirror) were "Bloody hell, look at my minge." That was long before the bottle business.

Makosi had to evict one of them and evicted Kinga. Later when Orlaith walked, Kinga was brought back (which Makosi was pretty angry with BB about).

Eugene took half the prize money. Unbeknownst to him, BB would have doubled the fund to £200,000 if he had refused it. Ironically, it probably cost him getting another £150,000 as Ant only just beat him and probably wouldn't have done if he had refused.

...and yeah, Adele took against Sophie mainly because of her connecting with Lee. Jade and Tim were also involved.
