Done something really dumb, can anyone help??
A few months ago i did something I now know to have been really stupid..
My Girlfriends Son Wanted an iPhone 5s, but he couldn't get a contract, so I added another contract to mine and all was fine he paid the insurance from geek Squad at £15 a month and the £47 EE contract... He was living with us at the time, however things didn't really work out so we ended up kicking him out.. Now I have a 21 month Contract to run and no phone, and he won't give it me back or pay the monthly charges.. My girlfriend says I should call the police, because its in my name I can get it sorted that way.. I feel such an idiot letting myself get in this situation.. Anybody got any advice on what to do??? |

Well it's your contract, so it's your phone and sim. Report the phone stolen to the police and EE.

I don't understand why you would have to ask, it us Yorkshire contract so it's the same as if it had been stolen, lost etc

It might be worth contacting him directly first and letting him know you are gonna report it stolen not only to EE (so the phone will get blocked, he won't be able to use it anyway) but to the police as well, so he could face criminal charges. Might scare him into giving it back and save you some hassle.
And lol at the Yorkshire autocorrect ![]() BTW I was wondering what a Yorkshire contract was..... eee by gum... lol |
