Ever fancied a new phone but were worried that you would get knocked back and be given another black mark against your name for getting rejected? Well Three are to start offering Pre-credit check which as the name suggests will check your credit worthiness first without putting the black mark of rejection on your credit file which seems quite fair!

Nice idea. I think three have the least stringent credit checks out of the lot. I got a contract and my credit is fairly crap.

I have good credit and tried to get a 3 contract in CW almost two years ago in store and was refused.

I went straight home, on to the CW website and passed the credit check straight away.

You don't get a black mark for being rejected, companies looking at your credit report can only see that you applied for credit.

Yes and the more they see the less likely you are to get a contract.
