Hopefully she'll kill James. ”

Thanks - was just about to link this and you've beaten me to it!

Good news - and good news that they are thinking carefully about the casting.

They can cast me. I come with my own set of knives and instruments of torture.

Excellent C&S.
The form of torture I would give James is to give everyone in the village one of these! Him unable to get near anyone will probably wind him up and he'll blow. This one probably better suited for Moira.

It's alright you can take that one method with you to use

Either that or I would just flirt for him, that's a method of torture for many of victims on a Friday night.

So, having established that the is indeed going to turn up, what does anyone think will happen now.

What will be the reason for her walking out on her kids?

Did she walk out because of James and Moira, or was there something entirely different going on?

Maybe there was some weird husband/wife swapping going on and one of her kids will turn out to be John's....?

Maybe she just got fed up of James.

Did James throw her out for some reason?

I'm looking forward to finding out.

Oh LOL. Moira's Anti-James Spike Vest is amazing. I'd probably just use a broom handle.

that there will be something in the newspapers or on the TV news about one of the Barton Boys and then she will put in an appearance.

She will arrive as Chief Inspector Barton when Ross is arrested for his crimes (he surely will be arrested; even in La-La-Land there has to be an iota of reality). A bit far-fetched maybe, but not as much so as Kate Oate's usual offerings.

Cool we knew it. I want her to be a crazy person.

In a DS interview with Michael Parr (Ross) did he just let slip that Emma Barton is not quite the full shilling?

Ooo. He said he thought she would play out like that, but wasn't sure.

And for the record, Michael, I think you're fab, but there is no chemistry between Ross and Debbie. None. Zilch, nada. The Ross/Debbie stuff is just a snory bore. And I didn't think it was possible for Ross to ever be boring. But with Debbie, he reaaaaaally was.

I'm thinking there has to be something along these lines to explain her abandoning her kids (nobody would blame her for abandoning her husband ).

Ooh, for once I don't agree Shirl! I think they have the archetypal love/hate relationship upon which almost every romantic novel in the history of the world has been built.
They're both edgy, sparky and a bit dangerous - they've both met their match in each other, hence a match made in heaven.

(Debola Virus is still a miserable manky bitch however, but still....)

Debbie is not edgy. She's a miserable caaaaaaaaaaaahhh.

I don't like em together. I honestly thought Ross was dull as ditchwater sniffing round after her, and I cheered when he threw it back royally in her face.

Maybe I'm alone in this. "All by myseeeeeeeelf, don't wanna be ... "

cyrilandshirley, you're not alone regarding Hot Ross Buns and Kim Jong Debola. That sour mare looks set to drag him down.

(Michael Parr has signed up for another year, according to the S*n tv showbiz section.)

1. Boooo.

2. Yaaaaaaaay.

I don't mind Debbie in the right place. Unfortunately, the right place is not with Ross.

Yes 'not the full shilling and alive' alright that's 2 for 2 for me woohoo alright I'll stop patting myself on the back now but yes!!! I wanted her to be crazy here's hoping Michael knows a bit about what character they're looking for. Weirdly as well I was thinking Jill halfpenny would be awesome if she was old enough when I was watching In The Club the other night.

I think Lesley Sharp could be very good at that role or Sarah Parish she's attractive and I reckon could pull of crazy.

Better hope Star doesn't visit this thread Onj - you'll be in big trouble...

But I agree with you on this one - Debbie and Ross just might (one day) be the new Charity and Cain with the love/hate can't be together but can't be apart thing...
