I agree. I'm not really a fan of Andrea as a character (too dull overall), but I think it's pathetic that they are having her be so madly in love with Lloyd and her being pursued by both Lloyd and her creepy husband is vomit inducing. With Lloyd and Neil (who seems like the type of bloke who spends his Saturday's in the park naked with only a trench coat to cover him) as her only two options, Andrea's got an even more pathetic lot in life than Lloyd.

It's a pity the writers didn't pursue Andrea's "affair" with Steve as that could have redeemed her character somewhat.
I just don't buy that she's in love with Lloyd at all as they have zero chemistry.

Omg! So sorry for the horrendous typos...it was the small hours and I guess I was still bleary-eyed....it should have read as follows as I'm sure you know :

Yes he does become unlikeable when he's in a relationship....when he's got a woman he puts her before his best friend, his job and I think we will see now, even before his long lost daughter Jenna!

So sorry. That was embarrassing

All that gunk Lloyd snivelling today about losing Jenna and feeling like he failed etc but yet despite all that crap he still chose his girlfriend for all of five minutes over her. What a saddo - hence the title!

I think Lloyd has really come back in to himself this past year. He's been behaving quite annoying and stupidly recently though, like when he mucked up Jenna and Andrea's chances of bonding because he wouldn't shut up about Andrea/Neil.

I think this relationship with Andrea is the only one that's worked I think they do have chemistry.....watching, I truly believe Andrea is in to Lloyd. Bit bored of Neil hanging around though.

I don't mind him, he just will never be a leading character

I think Steve is the most amusing character in Corrie.

Yes, as usual....apart from the comedy in the cab office, he's he never had a riveting storyline and that cannot be blamed on the writers when they have and continue to show their brilliance with other story lines.

I thought he was quite a cool guy when he joined (the character I mean). Wasn't he a big Northern Soul fan? Or had some DJ-ing stints relating to this? They've made him into quite a boring guy now 💤💤💤

Yes...I think I remember him being some sort of dj..,,how funny.

Remember the lap dancer he dated.....he acts like such a prat when he gets these woman....most of which are WAY WAY WAY out of his league! I hope Andrea kicks his arse.....there's something quite comforting in watching this fool snivel and cry!

And finally he was a sad and desperate **** tonight when Andrea was in Neil's car. Idiot!

Lloyd has been in Neil's shoes many times-well maybe not quite as he wasn't married but still dumped.

He should have more sensitivity and compassion for Neil.

I can't help but feel Corrie are doing an Eileen to Lloyd and are making his character unlikeable.

He should be more understanding due to having been in the situation himself.

Anyhow dislike Lloyd and Andrea.

that storyline was just ridiculous though. it couldn't be taken seriously.

If my only choice was between Neil and Lloyd, I'd run for the hills!

I can't help thinking there is more to this storyline than her simply finding mr right and him finding the girl if his dreams.....she probably still harbours feelings for Steve and the only way she can be near him us by shacking up with Lloyd! Maybe she's a nutter...😕
