HTC M8 latest update

I have been reading that the HTC M8 is due a update. Has anyone downloaded it yet ?
What type of improvements are there ? Is it just a phone update or is a new version of Android available ?

It's an update to Android 4.4.3, including some security stuff from 4.4.4. There's also a file manager included.

It's available in some countries already, but not the UK. There was a tweet from HTC UK a week ago, that stated it would be out in a few weeks: https://twitter.com/HTC_UK/status/495133458323496960
