HELP PLEASE! Phone wont show lock screen properly
I have an Acer E380 on Android 4.2.2. All was fine until 6am, when I changed the lock screen to a pin code, from the grid.
At the same time I saw the Encrypt function so decided to run it before going to sleep. It said it would take an hour maybe more. its now been 4 and a half hours (at least) and I cant access the phone at all. It displays the wrong time on the lock screen with no way of unlocking it. I can turn it on and off but thats all. |

you may need to do a hard rest to put it back to default setting

sorted it cheers. took it to the 3 store and they did a factory reset.
