Eastenders - The Return of Sharon Watts!!
I liked the article, but sadly we haven't seen Sharon at all this week. It feels out of place, I'm sure she'll reappear next week but it just seems odd.

Great article. Sharon is an important part of EastEnders history and it's about time she was given the attention she deserves from the writers. DTC saved her because he knows that.
I am concerned what will happen to her when she splits up with Phil. Who will she interact with then? Building characters around her is a must.

I'm sure it will be fine. DTC seems to know what he is doing with Sharon so when Phil and Sharon inevitably split up, hopefully Sharon will have more people to interact with. When Jane returns full time, hopefully her and Sharon will be friends again last time. She will still have the likes of Linda, Johnny, Dot, Ian, etc. I'm hoping they will bring in her family members (her real brothers) or bring Vicki back (recast). Although Sharon will be on bad terms with Phil after their split, she might continue to have scenes with Roxy (she works in The Albert) and maybe Ben if he works for her. I have every faith in DTC

That's my worry too, I know people like their friendship but I think her and Linda has happened too fast. However I see there was really no one else they could have used as Jane isn't around but I think Sharon and Denise would have made good friends and Denise has never liked Phil. So having Denise involved would have been great.
I hope we see Vicki again. Its the perfect time to bring her back now.
