obviously Chris is just as bad as those other 2 greedy liars (mark and ash) , but because Helen went for just Chris and took all the light off her 2 lapdogs she's now made it look like Chris is some sort of victim !

so will this save him ?

I think it has. She was redeeming herself until this week. I think she's put Winston at risk, because people seem to be determined to make sure she does not get her way.

Yes, he looked shifty and shady, and now he looks rather noble and badly treated and a proper little victim. Good actor, that boy! People keep forgetting.....

and something similar happened last week - chris tried spreading a nasty rumor about pav , but it backfired on him , and then Chris started acting like he was the victim ! and people fell for it .

Nope, I think Chris has saved Chris. He thought he had been voted into a task to stir things up (the "it won't be interesting if I say no" comment tells me that). He was not to know the truth of the matter any more than Mark or Ash, or any of the others. But the end result was pretty much the same.

BB offered them the choice to take the money , he accepted , he's no better than the other 2 .

oh but I forget - there's some sort of get-out clause for everything Chris does .

That's twice in a few minutes I've been mistaken for a fanboy of one HM or a hatah of another, I'm doing well!

I don't support or trust the actions of any of the three, to be honest. Just found Chris' reasoning and the outcome of it a bit more interesting to watch And that is why I think he'll stay this week.

And no matter what Chris does he'll always get slagged off here on the forum by his detractors.

Why is all the heat on Chris, you lot are no better than Helen & Winston.
Mark was going to take 5K of that himself & I still have doubts about Ash's motives. but yet again Chris is being targeted.

Helen didn't make Chris look like anything. She just made herself look like the usual horrible, unpleasant, mouthy cow that she is. Chris didn't seem phased at all.

If Winston is in any danger it's his own fault...and I think less hysterical people who aren't on this forum don't blame Chris for backing out of the so called "pact".

A pact which Winston pushed onto everyone without giving them pause to think, let's not forget.

Yeah - it was peer pressure.

No chance to think or consider - no discussion. Everybody in. Then when some have a chance to think - not just Chris mentioned it, Ash also said pacts never last - you're bullied into not thinking.

Classic schoolyard behaviour

Possibly but I take issue with people who keep suggesting that other hm's are in Helens pocket and influenced by her.

1) I don't think she is bright enough to be a master strategist.

2) This year has set itself apart by being the year that most of the housemates have been transparently self serving and as far as Helen is concerned will do what is expedient at the time. Let's face it during most of her conflicts there has been a little squit lurking somewhere who is benefitting from the heat being off them. just watch Winston the last few days trying to load her up and point her in the right direction.

I thinh Helen's tirade has given Chris a fighting chance.

Good on Christopher too. Vultures! Loved it

Best that Chris stays. It'll keep the house divided if it is Ashleigh, Christopher and Chris aganist the rest (though Pav will fence sit) and make better viewing for us. There has to be three in that group to have enough strength to properly stand against the cool gang.

Hypocritical Mark is practically the leader of the "isolate Chris" campaign! :0

And Chris' number one enemy must be the bitter and acidic Steven Goode.

So if you want to oppose the agenda of Helen and Mark and Steven Goode, vote ANYBODY BUT Chris lol!
