Three pages of (admittedly back handed) compliments about Helen? My, we are affording her rather a lot of grace.
I was going to say about her hair, it sometimes looks nice. But that has been taken.

She has lovely eyes, occasionally. However, she spoils them with the filthy looks she gives people who have the temerity to contradict or disagree with her, and when she narrows them malevolently. yes, and nice hair.

She's strong enough to get on with life despite people saying nasty things about her, like the last three pages. I dare say not many of us would be.
