His friend is the one who runs his twitter for him too. He is gay but partnered up as far as I can tell from his twitter account. I'd had the same thought.

Yeah, his mate has been putting pictures of Christopher up, some where he was little.

They've know each other since 7. It's clear they're incredibly close.

He has a 10 year old brother, so that's probably why he was friends with Mark then.

When he appeared to have lost his marbles a couple of weeks ago (washing-up-bobbing-Gate!) and with his completely frustrating (from outside!) loyalty to Mark, I did wonder if he would stand a chance, but for most of the rest of his experience, I think he does. We'll see.
