EE Mick and Ian's friendship

Anyone else totally gutted Ian and Mick have fallen out and will probably never be friends again? I was really enjoying seeing Ian teaching Mick to swim and thought it was lovely how nice Mick was towards Ian. Now when the Ian/Rainie combination is revealed everyone will think Ian is a dirty perv and be looked down upon even though he's lost his daughter. I guess Ian will always be a weasel one minute and a character you feel sorry for the next.

Ian is a dirty perv and deserves to be looked down upon regardless of his horrible daughter's death.

The Ian/Mick friendship is/was similar to the Ian/Alfie friendship. It will probaly be picked up and dropped whenever it suits the writers.

They'll make up again once the truth comes out, it always does.

Ian used to have a good friendship with Alfie. They seem to have drifted of late though.

Edit: I see this has already been mentioned by Broken_Arrow.

Mick should drop Ian, but I guess he won't

I agree with you OP, I also enjoyed their friendship but once again Ian has proven how much of a d!ck he really is, selfish man.

Mick should strike up a friendship with somebody else but no doubt when the truth comes out they'll be besties.

I like their friendship, I think Ian wants to be more like Mick and Mick can see that Ian does have what it takes to be a good father.
