It was a combination of a lot of things, I just generally didn't like him.

He was a threat to Ashleigh winning, he is the sort of inoffensive plank that hoovers up votes like Sam did last year

The arrogance of him,Helen and Ash. Winston was convinced he was on course for the 100k you could see it on his face

The look on their faces was priceless when his name was called out. Emma too couldn't believe it

Mostly because I didn't like his hypocrisy of having a go at Chris when he decided to keep the money, but let Mark and Ash off the hook. he even commented on it as being bad in the Diary Room but let it slide as they are his friends. Makes all his other moral outrages look fake now, which was a shame

Also, partly because he's friend with Helen and anything that upsets her is a Good Thing.

And also, didn't want to Chris to go, him staying is a very Goode Thing

I voted other because it was not just one reason it was a whole host of reasons. Pretty much all them listed and some.

Couldn't stand Winston and really thought he might make it to the final three. Just considered this to be the only chance to keep from him getting to the final three. I didn't really think I could be so lucky as to have BOTH Mark and Winston out in the same eviction night---but what the hey---gave it a shot with the encouragement of posts on this forum. WOW!!!!

He thought he had it in the bag and I wanted Christopher to beat him to first save.

Personally I didn't expect to see him evicted, but it was an added bonus to the two Chrise's staying.

On reflection perhaps I should have included...

Gosh, where to start. The constant gormless look on his face, his horrible laugh, his attempt to be joey essex no. 2, his body builder posturing and too cool for school swagger, his I'm Winston and I'm untouchable attitude, his last ditch attempt to secure money whatever the outcome of the series by suggesting the pact, his simmering fury when the money was gone, his all the girls will love me attitude from the beginning, his inability to sit in the diary room chair without his legs his legs being spread wider than....well,... Kim's! His reputation for weeing all over the toilet floor/seat/ and for all we know probably mirror! His eating habits, surpassed only by revolting Steven, his wide-boy-ness and oh, yeah, last but not least.....his story about vomitting on a girls vag and his expectation that it would make him popular! Enough reasons?

After last year's winner being the dullest housemate of the series I think people saw history repeating itself and stopped it. Last year there was a similar campaign to get Sam out, but it was only a single eviction.

Winston was a nice guy but his association with Helen, his playing dumb act and his slating of Chris were his downfall. It was also tactical, to ensure Chris, Christopher or Ashleigh wins.

I didn't vote for Winston as I considered that Pav was more of a threat to Chris at this eviction, however I am delighted he's gone for all the reasons you list. Best eviction ever for me, especially seeing Mark go and the reception he got.

Winston going was the icing on the cake for me.

I voted for him mostly because I had a large bet riding on him, but I also wanted to see their reactions. Helen Ash and Winston were convinced he was going to win

I started two polls simultaneously last night to compare reasons from people who had voted with people's views whether they voted or not.

I voted for Winston as he is a mind numbingly boring, sexist cretin and I can't stand the way he seemed to think he could coast to the final by flexing his muscles, laughing at others' discomfort and adding nothing to the house.

I stopped liking him (he was never a favourite, but I thought he was OK) when the Power Housemates chose certain housemates' votes to not count. He seemed to have the same mindset as Ash and Steven: how DARE they choose people from our group?

Again, like Ash, his arrogance outshone everything else about him. They both saw/see themselves as the best looking, most fun, coolest housemates and obvious winners. Similar to Luke S and Aaron from their year.

His question to Twitter users during a task was about himself and whether women fancied him, nothing about the house.

This week he was angry about the money - HIS money he was so sure he'd win, but hypocritically only angry about Chris choosing to take it, not Mark and Ash.

Im just watching it back from last night as was out last night and stopped myself looking at results before now, Im shocked wtf !!??? I thought he deserved to win

It was a very last minute decision to throw the few votes I'd been holding back Winston's way as I was more interested in targeting Pav. It was Winston's arrogance about forcing the pact onto everyone then getting on his high horse when it failed that really bugged me. That pact came out of his and Ash's greed, not a sense of generosity to the whole group. Plus anything that gives the untouchable Helen a metaphorical kicking is a good thing.

When they ganged up on Chris did it for me........he never at no time questioned Mark or Ash...purely because they were his friends.

Putting a poll on here to ask who voted for winston every one is going to say they did, im glad he has gone cause he reminded to much of joey essex boring. But no one on here would waste money voting even when they say they did vote.
