she just doesn't shut up .

she asks a long ramblin question and then adds in various answers they might give , with footnotes , giggles , caviats etc.
by the time she's finished they just pick one and go "yeah" .

an essential quality of an interviewer is the ability to .... LISTEN .

she just gives both sides of the conversation , why isn't the producer screaming in her earpiece - "STFU!" ?

But she put mark on the spot last night so shes not all bad

She did a good job on Mark, but her overall record as an interviewer and a presenter is pretty poor.

I think her irritating laughter at her own jokes is a way of disowning something scripted for her which she is not comfortable with.
