Deleted some contacts I actually do want by mistake. Tried the obvious tools, that for some reason don't work (do I connect the device as a Media Device or a Camera to the computer) which include software including "WonderShare Dr Fone for Android" and "iPubsoft" and "Remo Recover". All to no success. Anybody able to shed some light on where I go from here to recover the contacts.

They also weren't backed up at all, but apparently will still be saved in the deep internal memory within the phone.
