If you look again you will see they are talking about who has faced the vote the most times and Ash is telling him he won it ie being up the most times. Its some stretch to say Ash is telling him he will win the whole thing, but then again Ash says that about most people at some time or other so it is basically worthless IMO

He said " your winning your winning" meaning how many times he's survived a public vote, and then he said actually "you've won" as their aren't any more evictions

Don't think Ash really believes that Christopher will win he's just building his hopes up to make a fool of him again, he'll have a shock of his life to learn that Christopher is a favourite

Ash is referring to Christopher surviving the most evictions, not that he'll win the show.

TBH, I don't think any of the HM are expecting Christopher to potentially win.
