Windows 8.1 and Whatsapp
Please help! I have just updated my Nokia 625 from windows 8 to 8.1 and now I am unable to use whatsapp.
Whenever I click on the whatsapp tile it just takes me back to the phones home page. Please let me know if theres a fix for this or if whatsapp will have new updates in the near future. Thanks |

When i upgraded to 8.1 alot of my apps needed updating in the store, have you tried this?

You can try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it.
By the way, it's Windows Phone 8.1. |

Hi. Thanks all. I uninstalled then reinstalled, which is something I didn't want to do as I was fearful I'd lose messages etc, but I didn't lose anything as it was all backed up!
Yes I know it's windows 'phone', but I assumed as I'm in the 'mobile phone' forum, people would know what I'm on about. |
