Another Ashleigh thread

But this one is standing up for her...

So many of you have been posting that everyone is up Helens arse.

But when a young 18year old can stand up to her,

especially when Helen and co deserve a bit of stick.

You slag her off..

If that had been Chris Christopher or Ashleigh that had lost all the luxuries

there would have been hell to pay (Especially from Helen)

Good on Ashleigh for standing up to her..

You can always tell by the sheer number of threads who the favorite to win is.

I am just fed up with the ones slagging her off....

There is not one person in there that doesn't talk behind peoples backs...

What else is there to do all day?

But Helen has ruled that house with her ugly personality all series.

And woe betide anyone that has gone against her and her group...

There is no one person that deserves to win over any other..

(As long as it's not Helen.

Ashleigh will have the last laugh

Ha ha.

Perhaps ... some forum members who have been defending the retarded Bash Street Kids, (Helen's HM friends), will now be left feeling either confused, bitter or reeling ... having seen their favourite HMs turned over by the lovely, switched on, clued up 'brat' that is Ashleigh.

Though brat she is not.

She's a grown up adult with better manners, better morals and more intellectual gravitas and common sense than all the aforementioned Bash Street Kids put together.

An ordinary, decent girl, she lives on a council estate, works in a shop and does modeling in her spare time.

Down to earth, level headed ... grounded.

Actually, I don't know what the BB producers ever thought they were doing by recruiting so many, (other), dysfunctional housemates for one show. The spikey Pauline character, the very odd Steven, the puggled Kim, the monosyllabic Winston and the 'Jeremy Kyle' pondlife that is troubled Helen, clueless Mark and lethargic Ash.

I do feel that, by being the Nemesis of Helen, Ashleigh's very presence was the one factor that gave the whole structure of the show some narrative.

Without Ashleigh's character acting as a counterbalance to dampen more self destructive and negative forces at work in the house, the whole series may have become unwatchable. (A chav infested, Jeremy Kyle or TOWIE style shambles).

Sure. I acknowledge we all have our own perspective and favourite HMs while watching the show but, without Ashleigh's timely interventions, entropy would have unraveled even the best of Big Brother's alleged pre written scripts.

Like many of you here and elsewhere, I feel that Christopher possibly deserves the winners prize because, while being amusing, very principled, extremely fair, (in holding counsel with others) and, by being so forthright and courageous in standing his ground when challenged, he maintained an air of honest sincerity.

Trouble is, if he wins the £100,000 wad of money, there will likely be someone in the wings raising their eyebrows, possibly with plans to help him spend the proceeds.

Likely, it would all end in tears.
-
So ... Let's do the right thing. Lets reward the one housemate who stayed utterly true to her character, fought battles on behalf of those afraid to even open their mouths ... and must surely have made her family and her boyfriend extremely proud of her.

Let's give Ashleigh the BB winner's prize fund.
