I have no feelings either way about Pav; my point was that Helen is obviously feeling vulnerable and is looking to shore up her support and defences. She intends to use Pav to do that.

She's desperate for Ashleigh, Chris or Christopher not to win.

Nobody in that house has earned any loyalty from Pav, I wish he wouldn't join either group.

Hilarious - its almost like he is a consolation prize or something. they have lost the people they really want but they will take Pav just so that they don't have to take Chris (clearly Ashleigh and Christopher are completely out of the running).

Thats the problem with this years housemates, all of them know everybody hates Helen on the outside yet they always gravitate towards her? She must really have a strong hold on the house.

A video yesterday showed Ash talking to Helen after the evictions, ( well, actually they were both talking over each other) and Ash was saying 'I do like Chris....etc' it was so obvious he was talking to the public and not Helen. Frightened to offend supporters.

Actually Ash and Chris always appeared to get on. If anyone is playing to the gallery and has been throughout the show, it's Chris.

He was a lone wolf then he was being slated for not trying harder - now he can hardly go to Chris after Chris made it clear he didn't want another mate and then subsequently told him to stop staring at Ashleigh - so hardly gonna hang out with them now is he. All that is left is Helen and co.

Honestly Pav just cannot win - he does one thing he is in the wrong he does the opposite and he is in the wrong.

I wonder, I just wonder, whether Ash will start to distance himself from Helen now.

This is shaping up to be an interesting final week, and with several shock evictions having already taken place who knows what might happen?

I intended this thread to be about Helen's power thankfully gushing down the plughole, so it's intriguing that the Pav factor is what's caught people's attention. He seems to be the pivot on which this series will turn.
