Lord Sugar and now Lady Brady

Karren Brady has been announced as a Conservative Peer.

Lady Brady sounds a bit like a nursery rhyme character to me !!

Methinks they might have problems with the colour balance for the next Apprentice series filming, as Nick Hewer might be turning a delicate shade of green at the other end of the boardroom table.

He is a Labour supporter, so can't Red Ed get him nominated to be made up to be Lord Hewer of Countdown ??

Her format title is Baroness but when addressing her it is Lady, just as nobody says Baron Sugar.

The funny thing is LS being Labour. There aren't many self-made millionaires who are. Got to admire him for being true to his roots.

Good idea.

I am surprised Nick Hewer is Labour because I didn't imagine him as a labour supporter.

Indeed, I am a labour supporter and even if I was a multi-millionaire, I'd stick to my labour roots!
