Does anyone like that he turns really posh when he's reading out the numbers? Wonder if he was told to turn down his accent.

When he does those voice overs he's not particularly Essex or camp. So I think a lot of it is put on.

I agree that the regular Rylan accent is ramped up. But I also think that the phone number voice over sounded very placed as if he was making quite an effort. Also part of the effect was simply created by lowering the pitch and volume, although he did seem to be enunciating carefully.
