I don't think as a girl she is someone I would be friends with. Her diary room rants I actually find quite amusing as a viewer.
But.. would any Ashleigh fans actually when they think about it want to be friends with her? Its just constant sour facedness ( a word?!) In my opinion she is the kind of girl who would make bitchy comments about you to other girls. Yes danielle was pretty miserable too but she was her best friend in there - Ashleigh couldnt have cared less when she went and then said she thought Danielle had been bringing her down, but she hasnt changed being moody since she's gone! when helen was saying horrible things about danielle Ashleigh didnt stick up for her. She previously made a comment about Danielle looking like a drag queen with her eyelashes, not something I'd say about a friend. She randomly nominated Christopher instead of just talking to him and saying as a friend she thought he was changing. and previously had that horrible go at him calling him a dick over nothing even though he hadnt done anything to her (or anyone)!

No. I've seen how she treats her friends and it's anything but nice. She was sharp and rude with Danielle, snappy with Chris and horribly nasty to Christopher. Ashleigh seems to expect her friends to form an adoring circle around her and she doesn't take kindly to disagreement. I think she'd be the kind of girl I'd have avoided in school.

I'm not an Ashleigh fan precisely because of all that you have written above, with her as a friend you'd never need any enemies, she'd be being one behind your back all the time ! The girl is a "use you then dump you as soon as you were no longer useful to her" type.
