Weird thing is, mine is set to Instant On and to update whilst 'off' but it didn't download the update until I switched it on yesterday afternoon... :/

For the past week or so they seem to have been releasing updates on an almost daily basis.

In preparation for the new UI on Thursday I reckon.

I noticed that but they've only been 300-500MB in those cases. Sunday's update tied in with what I'd heard the final version would be, size wise anyway.

That's what I've assumed...

We normally have the final release before the global launch in other previews so it might be the same for this. I guess they would want to know if there are problems with the final build.

Cool, I thought that might be it but expected some kind of announcement about it in the news section of the preview app...

Got the update this morning, everything looks good, only thing was I had to change my bankground as the one I was using was white so I couldn't actually see any text.

annoying they haven't returned the feature to hide demos and beta's from your install list, I don't get why they removed it, i also noticed all my 0% games have showed up on my game list

Well... that's why we're in the preview program. To report bugs and stuff like this when it happens. If you don't like it, why be in the preview program?

Same thing happened to me yesterday, I left it off for a few hours and Tomb Raider synced.

I've said this before, game saves should be kept on the hdd, so when sync issues do occur it's not a problem. Suprised this hasn't being brought to MS attention, unless they know best.

I had the sync issues yesterday and all I did in the end was power it down and leave it off for a few minutes

Yup, I Googled the issue and there are fixes all over the internet. Essentially this:
Quote:
“No need to disable instant sign in, just make sure once you've restarted the Xbox you then sign out (if you have instant sign in) before you go back online.

Go to settings, then network and go to offline mode
Restart console via snap menu
Sign out of any profiles (if instant sign-in is on)
Go to settings, then network and go back to online mode
Open a game
Let the game force you to sign in to your profile
Should be all fixed, enjoy
”

Not in my case it didn't. But the above fix worked.

Anyone else having any issues since the Saturday update? I now can't launch any games or apps - screen just flickers for about 5 minutes before I get the "something went wrong" message. Tried had resetting, restarting in safe mode etc, nothing works.

Mine works fine since the latest update BUT I now get weird artefacts around certain letters/numbers on screen. It just looks a bit messy.

Heard back from a mate as well and his is working fine too. No idea what's caused this. Now engaged with MS's snail-paced support. There's a slim chance I'll be back on this side of Christmas!

• Re-arrange Pins on Home and access them offline: Many of you have told us that you want Pins on your Xbox One Home to be easier to organize. In Preview, you will now be able to rearrange individual pins. We also made Pins accessible for launching when you are offline.

Arranging pins and removing games from your ready to install list are both welcome. Need a x360 store next.

Pins part I'm not too fussed about, but I did miss the ability to remove games from the install list. Especially if you do game testing.

Moving pins video -

Saw this in the xbox preview forums, nice and easy. The small things really do make a big difference

Shocked at how little games major has though

I didn't think I would be fussed about moving pins, but watching the vid and how easy it is, has made me think I need to tidy mine up
