farting in the feezer

Sorry for new thread but cant post in the old one. A friend told me when they were younger they used to fart over the rail of the low freezer counters in the supermarket. Then (and ive never checked the scientific evidence for this- I just trusted my friend to not lie to me) that fart is stored by the cold temperature and released when a shopper comes along to pick up something from the counter, as their arm breaks the chilled fart seal.

Is it just me or are there more posters a little bit too interested in people's farting related habits than normal lately?

Sadly, I'm far too civilised to actually do such a thing...

However, if you're looking for someone to actually do it I have a feeling you're at the right forum...

DS would have been much better a few years ago, none of this silly nonsense to get a reaction. Should be in Chatter.

When you say it quickly, the sentence loses all meaning.

    Good Lord what ever next...

The answer to the question is no it would be impossible to store a fart in a standard supermarket freezer. For a start if he is sat on the rail most of it would not actually go into the freezer but escape upwards as hotter gases will raise. Even if the gas did go into the freezer it is just not cold enough. You would have to super cool the gas to turn it into a liquid to be able to store it. Unless the freezer contained liquid nitrogen then it is possible but sticking your ass into it or any where near it is a very bad idea.

    or are extreme right wingers.

The more likely fact is that they're children, or mentally challenged adolescents, trying to be all edgy on the internet by pretending to be far-right extremists.

Did you do a farting in a freezer module at Uni or something...

    This sounded rather scholarly...
