Holby City isnt filmed in Wales which is where that poster is from.

Oh, that changes things! A return could be plausible then.

However, I personally think that although the Fowler connection is needed it doesn't excuse the fact that Martin was an utter sap with barely any memorable storylines. His relationship with Sonia and a nutcase stabbing him are the only things I can recall.
