I have a nokia 100 on Lyca mobile.

My brother is having problems txting and phoning me on it - he is on GiffGaff

When he phones me ,mine does not ring (its not on silent) . The screen says 'john calling' that's all and I never get a msg saying he has tried to call.
I also can't get txts from him. Ive not blocked him or anything so whats the problem? Other people can get through to me ,its just him.
Ive lost my instruction book and can't find one online

I notice that there is no mention of being able to block calls. Mind you if you had I doubt you would see the on-screen message anyway.

It seems you can assign numbers to different "phonebooks" and assign different ringtones to each phonebook. I wonder if by some chance you've assigned him to a different phonebook to your other contacts and that phonebook has no ringtone set? About the only thing I can think of.

Mind you doesn't explain the lack of texts though.

Turns out the number was blocked.

Don't know how, I didn't block it, maybe I did it by mistake =/
