I was baking a cake this morning, and one the eggs I cracked into the mix had two yolks.
Do I count this as one egg or two ?
I regarded it as one egg, by the way.

logic says use an egg white as next egg

but i guess counting as one makes a tastier cake as yolks are full of fat

I would count it as one because the size of the shell is the same size.
Some recipes tell you to weigh the eggs in their shells.

One the yolks will be much smaller than a one yolk egg.

I agree with the other respondents.

The double yolker will have smaller yolks than a single big one.
Count as one egg.
