This is not a thread about a soap but more a thread about respect and boundaries.

Is it me or is this forum becoming less tolerant? People seem to be getting personal in a way that is often unacceptable.

I am not going to name and shame but sometimes it feels we are battling against each other with very little respect - we may be hiding behind our username, our laptops, iPhones etc but we are human beings at the end of the day, is it too hard to ask for a bit of respect?

It's a hard try now days to find it and I think it's why a lot have move on from here, nastiness and pettiness seems to crop up quite a bit...you rather ignore it or allow it to get you.

Someone please give Vaslav a teddy bear to show everyone where the bad man touched him.

Just because someone disagrees with an opinion doesn't mean its getting personal. The mods are there to deal with abuse so if you feel targeted alert the post and let them judge it.

Lol.

To be fair if I see another Hollyoaks vs. EastEnders thread from a juvenile Hollyoaks fan, I might move away from these pages.

Nor do I. I don't understand how you accused someone of ranting at you for taking the time out of their internet time to give you a great reply to your Osman post about diversity only for you to start up another thread playing the victim card.

I just don't understand. There's no need for it.

I mostly stick to the ED and Corrie threads and there is rarely any nastiness or even mild disrespect on any of those threads.

Thank you

Vaslav, I gave you a post disagreeing with your opinion, my post was completely sticking to the topic of EE, and it was you that told me I was ranting and so on.

I'll admit I told you I was frustrated at how you made up something I didn't say, but that's hardly getting personal, that's responding to what you did

So it's you that got personal.

Anyone who annoys me in a great capacity I put go ignore and I stop myself from being drawn into arguments. Has improved my enjoyment of the forum immensely

Of course it would improve your own enjoyment Scrabbler, as it's a well known fact you've blocked every other bugger round these parts.

Nah I am far too nosey and do viable for that

Just one or two individuals. If vas did the same (and stopped stating the same things) he would enjoy the board again. But he never listens.

I'm not a 'regular' around these parts but I suppose my name is known and I always have a good laugh yet also engaging discussion on the forum so I tend to enjoy myself! I understand some people have take a sabbatical because of the atmosphere on the board which is always sad to hear, but, there's always friendly faces which makes it enjoyable for me.
