I'm not too sure I should be posting this as it might get my source in trouble, but you all deserve to read it...

It's the script from Stacey's upcoming appeal.

Appeals Judge: Good morning Miss Branning. The court understands that you wish to make a statement?
Stacey: I wanna appeal my conviction.
Judge: Miss Branning, you pleaded guilty to the murder of Archibald Mitchell. There is no due process of appeal for a murder conviction to which you pleaded guilty.

*The horrible Slaters enter the gallery, Alfie doing his evil stare that he reserves for Stacey and Ronnie, Kat trying as hard as she can not to sleep with the prison guard, Mo with a camera and a couple of 'mystery meat' animal parts in a wheelbarrow, and screechy Jean mumbling incoherently.*

Stacey: No you don't understand... I've gotta daughta !
Judge: Being a parent is no grounds for quashing a conviction Miss Branning -
Stacey: No! Wait... please! I'm bi-polar! I was bi-polar when I clobbered Archie over the head several months after he attacked me! I'm not guilty, I was out of my mind !

*Screechy Jean's mumbling gets louder, the judge gavels furiously for order*

Judge: I have here a statement signed by yourself, Miss Branning, stating that you were of sound mind and on your medication during the events that took place on 25th December 2009. Psychiatric reports concluded that your bi-polar was not a factor in choosing to take the life of Mr. Mitchell.
Stacey: My daughta... she needs me

*The screeching coming from Screechy Jean is becoming intolerable, no one can hear a word anyone is saying over her nonsense*

Jean: STACEY SLATER ICE SKATER STACEY SLATER ICE SKATER STACEY SLATER ICE SKATER
Judge: ORDER! ORDER! There will be ORDER IN THIS COURT Wait... did you just say 'Slater'?!
Stacey: Leave me mum out of it will ya She means me, I'm a Slater.
Judge: Miss Branning... Slater... there appears to have been a terrible miscarriage of justice Slaters are not legally or morally responsible for their own actions! They are simply above the law of the land. You are free to leave Miss Slater. A cab is waiting outside with your red coats and scarves to take you to your home.
*Gavels*
Judge: CASE DISMISSED!

ROFL and may have peed myself slightly.

Specially at 'Kat trying as hard as she can not to sleep with the prison guard, Mo with a camera and a couple of 'mystery meat' animal parts in a wheelbarrow, and screechy Jean mumbling incoherently.'

The writing has improved vastly for Stacey this time round, it's almost making me forget her intolerable relationship with 2010 Kat.

I wouldn't be surprised if that cheesy theme was played as soon as Stacey is released from prison and reunited with Lily.

Good thread idea we could all make fake script leaks based on up coming storylines?

You do realise he is taking the piss right?

I thought there was a scene where Stacey threatens to get her boyfriend from busted on the judge and it turned out the judge was a huge busted fan and they all habe a singalong to busted songs?

It wasn't Stacey's fault that she came down with a case of Mad Cow Disease the night she killed Archie. The bi-polar was merely a trigger for her real illness.

I believe the Square has had many cases of Mad Cow Disease in the past and present. Ronnie Mitchell, Mad May, Stella Crawford, Saskia - just to name a few.

Any time in the land of make-believe I fear.

Why do people do this? And why do others post it as the truth?

It's just a bit of fun no harm done.

Whilst this the content of this thread is clearly in jest, something equally unbelievable will happen so she gets released.

The judge sings to Stacey and her bloke:"I've been to the year 3000, Shirley held everyone under water, and your great, great, great, granddaughter is doing time..."
